Your MP3 order will remain available to you until you have downloaded it. You can access your MP3 order from any computer by clicking on "My Downloads" from your account.

iTunes friendly Download Manager
You are not required to have iTunes to download music from Sonifly.
To have the download manager put your songs in iTunes automatically: • Click "change location" (upper right corner)
• In the text field under "download location", click "open folder"
• Navigate to the location where you have iTunes installed, and locate the folder called "Automatically Add to iTunes" (if iTunes is installed on your C drive, the path statement will look like this: C:\iTunes\Automatically Add to iTunes)
• Click save
Now, any songs you purchase and download using this manager will go directly to your iTunes.
If you are having trouble installing the Download Manager you can choose to use the Basic Downloader. You can select this option by clicking on "Download using the Basic Downloader" that appears below the Download Manager.
Digital Sheet Music Help
Your on the fly order will remain available to you until you have printed it. You can access your
on the fly order from any computer
by clicking on "My Downloads" from your account.
You are only allowed one print. If you have a printing error you will only be allowed one more attempt by clicking on "problem resolution". If you need assistance with a printing error please contact us.
You must print all copies ordered. It breaks copyright law to make unauthorized copies of your items. Once your music has been printed it is regarded as standard sheet music.
You may not save your sheet music or print to a file. When printing, the viewer will reject a number of "virtual" printers. These include but are not limited to:
Adobe PDF, Converter
Microsoft Office Document Image Writer
Microsoft Shared Fax
Microsoft XPS Document Writer
Cosmi PDF Creator, or PDF Master

Installing the Scorch Viewer:
Click here to download the free Scorch Viewer.
Please follow the installation instructions. Be aware you may need restart your computer after the installation for the program to run properly.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you will be installing the ActiveX version of Scorch Viewer. When installing on
Internet Explorer you may see a message from Internet Explorer regarding the Scorch plug-in. This message will instruct you to "Click Here"
if you trust the site.
I cannot see any music with my Windows Machine.
When using Internet Explorer on a Windows Machine you may get the message you see here below. Internet Explorer will ask for your
permission to run the new program. If you are getting this message you will need to click on the bar to allow Scorch to run the first time.
If you select "Run add-on on all web sites" Windows should not ask you this question again when running the Scorch Viewer on Sonifly.
I cannot see any music with my Macintosh.
When using a Macintosh your computer will need to be restarted after installing Scorch.
If you have a 64-bit capable Mac (i.e. Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Xeon processor), then Safari will run as a 64-bit process by default in
Mac OS X 10.6. The Scorch Viewer is a 32-bit browser plug-in, and so cannot run inside a 64-bit browser.
To work around this issue, do the following:
Quit Safari.
In the Finder, go to /Applications.
Select the Safari icon and type Command-I to view the Get Info window.
Switch on Open in 32-bit mode.
I cannot find the printer icon.
The Scorch print icon should appear in the tool bar just above the music.
If you can see the music but cannot find the printer icon then Windows is blocking the tool bar. After clicking View/Print it is likely you
had a pop up "Security Warning".
When using Internet Explorer 8 and above the questions is: "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"
You will need to select "No" to this question.
When using older versions of Internet Explorer the question is "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you wish to
display the nonsecure items?" You will need to select "Yes" to this question
